However, they made a credit inquiry (not authorized by me) to Experian in September 2008 that resulted in my credit being downgraded by that credit agency. I was able to locate First USA Bank address and phone number on the internet (see above). free credit card report I talked to a pleasant customer service rep who will send a letter to all three credit agencies explaining the situation. She promised that a copy of the letter will free credit report and scores Reno be sent to me in about a week.
